The size of pictures or photo will be more in size if it will be taken from Digital camera then we have to decrease the size of photos to send it in a mail that can be done easily by using Microsoft office picture manager.
First install the Microsoft office 2003 if it is already installed then go to start button then go for Microsoft ofiice and then go to Microsoft office tools and then go for Microsoft office picture manager then click file menu and then click add picture shortcuts and browse the folder which contain all the photos which you want to send through mail.after browsing you will saw all the photos and select all then click edit pictures and then select a option i.e resize by clicking resize you will see in the right side original size and predefined width*height select that option a click on that we five options are there in that option button we can go for any of the two option i.e
email small or large and then press ok.It will convert all images into small size in this way you can send a lot of images through mail by decreasing the size and alternatively we can do this by using a software called image converter it can be freely downloaded in downloads.com site.
